Training new staff:
Train new staff when assigned to do so, create a welcoming environment conducive to good learning.Ensure potential staff leave their training shifts with all the basics, including a copy of the training manual for reference.Encourage and teach each potential employee how to do logging, MARS, wake ups, Incident Reports, and shift-change. Scheduling:
Complete the schedule, by the 15th of the month, for the following month.Fill open shifts with your team or any available staff, via call or text.Alert House coordinator if staff go home sick or fail to arrive for a shift.Update the schedule with any changes as they happen. Youth Case Planning:
