About the role

As a Team Lead – Sales, you will support the team of brand ambassadors in achieving their objectives during the event. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role. You will assist team members, track performance, and ensure optimal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field
• Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics
