Position Overview
Your mission:
- Management of an international engineering team for the AMEA region
- Coordination and prioritization of the customer services (technical support commissioning activities SaaS support)
- Contact person for the team members in technical and organizational questions
- Participate to customer support trainings webinars and other related activities when necessary
- Responsible for technical training updates and further development of internal team members
- You will report directly to the local Regional Manager
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering software engineering or similar masters degree would be a plus.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as handsβon mentality.
- Experience with solar energy and SCADA systems.
