Mission
Lead our French Account Growth team to drive incremental revenue (NRR) through daily coaching, a high‑performing team rhythm, and rigorous data‑driven management.
Impact
You will take full ownership of a mature, high‑volume inside sales team where success is measured in incremental revenue. After a 3‑month ramp‑up, you'll be expected to deliver against a full team target while raising the bar on coaching quality and execution discipline.
As a Team Lead, you will
- Coach and develop a team of 7 Account Growth salespeople through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and actionable feedback.
- Lead by example: join calls and demos when needed, especially early on, to understand the motion and support the team in tough situations.
