Overview

Penspen is urgently looking for Team Lead Project Interface to work with one of the ADNOC Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Leading the engineering execution of complex offshore facilities—such as Gas compression system, Water Treatment and Disposal System, Substations and associated brownfield/greenfield scopes
• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, subsea, etc.)
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, offshore standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee engineering execution during FEED and EPC phases
• Ensure technical integrity of offshore facilities, including topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.
• Monitor engineering progress, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions.
