Execute the global brand and innovation strategy for essence and Catrice across MENA, ensuring strong local relevance and cultural fit.Define market priorities in close collaboration with Sales and adapt campaigns, messaging, and activations accordingly.Lead and develop the MENA Marketing Team, driving excellence across digital marketing, brand communication, and assortment adaptation.Act as the central marketing lead for distributor markets, ensuring brand consistency and strong market responsiveness.Own and manage the regional marketing budget, including allocation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.Oversee integrated communication activities across digital, influencer marketing, PR, and campaign execution.Drive assortment planning and retail collaboration based on data insights, market trends, and customer needs.
