Harbor is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactiveTeam Lead with 7‑8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Legal Technology (e.g., Luminance, Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, NetDocuments). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business process automation tools, platform‑based configurable products, and the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively support and implement software solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
