Youth Outreach Empowerment Support Service (YOESS) - Team Lead

This full-time role reports to the Manager, Youth Services (Surrey North). The Team Lead will provide leadership and supervision within the YOESS program, ensuring high-quality youth-centered services for participants aged 13-18 who are in care or on Youth Agreements as defined by MCFD.

Hours and Compensation
Regular full-time (35 hrs per week). Salary grid 17 ($34.69-$36.19/hour). Flexible schedule, occasional weekend and early evening core hours. Office-based/outreach work, no remote option.

• Collaborate with the Manager to manage program operations, financial oversight, quality assurance, and service delivery, implementing contract requirements and monitoring/reporting outcomes.
