The Team Lead-MPH Warehouse Operations provides daily leadership and first-line support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role supports the supervisor by coordinating workflow, resolving issues in real time, reinforcing standardized work, driving continuous improvement, and developing team capability. The Team Lead may perform production tasks, training, or lead the team in the supervisor’s absence.
