Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team performance, focusing on productivity, quality, and attendance
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to workflows and client satisfaction
- Identify and address performance gaps and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Set clear objectives and drive team goals
- Collaborate with management to solve issues and remove roadblocks
- Ensure SOPs are followed and operational goals are met
- Coach and mentor team members to reach their career goals
Minimum Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing/Coding
- Minimum 2 yrs experience as a TL in an international BPO
- College Graduate
