In your role as Team Lead, you'll supervise daily group home operations, support staff performance, and advocate for First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth. Your experience in Child and Youth Care, along with your commitment to a trauma-informed approach, will be vital as you prepare menus, plan activities, and provide training.
