Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily shift operations.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.
• Support and guide team members during busy service periods.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
