10 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience, Director/ Team Lead level
Responsibilities:
Lead execution of various corporate finance transactions such as issue manager (IM) for initial public offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, financial adviser (FA) and independent financial adviser (IFA) for privatisations, general offers (GOs) and reverse take-overs (RTOs), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Conduct industry / market research, financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and supporting the overall execution of transactions
Possess strong knowledge of the equity issuance process (IPOs, Follow-on Offerings and Private Fund Raising); the role will be directly involved in supporting the team on all aspects of deal execution
