As a Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of collections targets and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of collections agents.
• Monitor team performance against targets.
• Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in collections or debt recovery, of which 1 - 2 years are in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
