Bilateral negotiation and conflict resolution (BIC): You lead the cross-functional NEGO-Point-Leader team and directly support bilateral negotiations by building negotiation capabilities and applying state-of-the-art methods in real negotiation cases.
Agility & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Being experienced in agile working methods, you support and contribute in worldwide agile teams in achieving their targets. You act as a role model for agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
