Under limited supervision, the Team Growth Consultant (TGC) uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience, education, and/or training to partner with financial advisors who have a Team Growth Advisor (TGP candidate) on their team. The TGC ensures successful integration, role clarity, and consistent execution of the Team Growth Program (TGP) curriculum. The TGC operates at the intersection of advisor accountability, team adoption, and program execution—ensuring the Team Growth Advisor is utilized as intended, the advisory team fulfills its commitments to support the role, and the TGP curriculum is executed consistently and effectively.
