**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a **Team Chief** to join our growing team of diverse professionals at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The selected candidate will lead a team of retired military officers, non-commissioned officers, and highly skilled senior professionals working with general guidance from U.S. Army military and U.S. Army Civilian Professionals in accomplishment of the Mission Command Training Program’s (MCTP) mission to train Theater Army, Corps, and Division commanders and staffs in simulated large scale combat operations in a multi domain environment.

**Must have an active Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI clearance.**
