Job Description
Team Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials
- Organize business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) and handle expense reports
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives
Office Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with external vendors (facility management, suppliers, IT support, etc.)
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Oversee meeting room organization and office tidiness
