Located in our Wellington head office, this role provides highly effective and professional administration support to the Grid Development team. Varied and fast-paced, it involves anticipating needs, coordinating moving parts, and helping busy managers and specialists stay organised, connected and on track.
You will be involved in a broad mix of work, including:
Coordinating meetings, workshops, and team logistics, including agendas, papers, minutes, room bookings, catering and technology setup.Supporting onboarding and offboarding, travel bookings, office coordination and general team administration.Providing financial administration support such as purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, contract administration and budget information.Maintaining accurate records, filing, team information and shared resources across systems such as Microsoft 365, Shar...
