Position Overview
This is a permanent, full‑time Team Administrator role based in Auckland, supporting the Enrolled School Team at Ko Taku Reo Deaf Education New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to leaders and teams.
- Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.
- Managing calendars, correspondence and documentation.
- Supporting purchasing, purchase orders and office operations.
- Assisting with data entry, reporting and information management.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting organisation‑wide initiatives, projects and service improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years' experience in an administrative role.
