Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to primary-aged children, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENDCo to implement personalised learning plans, interventions, and behaviour strategies.
• Use creative, sensory, and play-based activities to engage children in learning.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and independence.
• Work closely with families, staff, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
