Your new roleYou will work closely with teachers to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing targeted support to students with additional learning needs

Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions

Supporting pupils to stay focused, motivated, and on track
