Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development
• Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual needs
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals where required
• Support pupils with personal care needs if necessary
