About the Role

Connex Education is working with a number of primary schools across DE21 (Chaddesden and nearby areas) who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support on a flexible supply basis.

You will be working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils throughout the school day and helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines

Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies

Encouraging pupils to stay focused and engaged in their learning
