Simply Education are working with a friendly Secondary School in Lincoln who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start in September.

This post will last for an initial 1 term and then likely to become a permeant post afterwards, leaving you safe in the knowledge that this is the right job for you.

The Teaching Assistant will need to be outgoing and have the skills to build up excellent relationships with their learners whilst also being able to deploy effective behavior management strategies.

The school are looking for people who have experience of working with teenagers, ideally in an educational setting, however relevant work experience is also encouraged.
