Post: Teaching Assistant working with pupils with varying levels of need

This post to work as part of our happy, dedicated and hard-working Teaching Assistant team at Redwood Primary School. You will be working alongside other TAs and teachers with pupils with varying levels of need.

We are looking to appoint a qualified, creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who:
 has a good understanding of how to support pupils’ learning through effective questioning and interactions;
 is able to liaise effectively with teachers and other staff about the progress of pupils they are supporting;
 has good positive behaviour management skills to maintain our high standards of behaviour for learning;
