This Year 3 Teaching Assistant position involves working one-to-one with a child in Year 3 who has Autism and Complex Needs . The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and highly adaptable to the individual learning needs of the child. You will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s educational and emotional development within a structured and caring environment.
