About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support local schools on an ad-hoc basis. This is an ideal opportunity to work flexibly, supporting pupils in their learning while experiencing a variety of school environments.
Responsibilities
Provide classroom support to teachers and assist in delivering engaging lessons.
Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance their learning and development.
Setting up and tidying away learning materials
Supervising children during breaks and lunchtimes
Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
Supporting children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, etc.)
