Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming schools across Raynes Park who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra structure, reassurance and encouragement to thrive at school.
This isn’t a role where you stand on the sidelines. You’ll be right there, building trust, offering consistency and helping pupils believe in themselves, sometimes for the very first time.
