This alternative provision in South Birmingham is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1-2-1 support for a female secondary student.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a student who experiences anxiety and finds it difficult to engage in lessons. Your role will focus on building trust, providing consistent support and helping her feel safe and confident within the school environment.
