We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Tamworth. The Role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support a child with ASD both inside and outside of the classroom
Deliver engaging activities tailored to the child’s individual needs
Use strong behaviour management strategies to support learning and emotional regulation
Work independently and use your initiative throughout the school day
Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, school staff, and external professionals
