Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Assisting students with learning tasks individually or in small groups
Helping maintain classroom discipline and routines
Preparing and organizing educational materials
Supervising students during breaks and school activities

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and ability to work with children of various ages
Ability to work well in a team environment
