What you’ll be doing
Delivering advanced Mathematics (Levels 3–5) to Royal Navy personnel at HMS Collingwood and periodically (every 2 years for 3 weeks) at HMS Drake (Hydrography Department).If qualified Deliver Physics (Level 3, 4 & 5) Supporting continuous improvement in training quality, performance, and teaching practices, including the integration of learning technologies.Contributing to transformation initiatives, particularly within learning service delivery, aligning with broader programme objectives.Leveraging experience in defence training environments, ideally within the Royal Navy, to enhance instructional effectiveness.Building strong customer relationships and collaborate across functional teams to support service delivery and performance improvements.What we’re looking for
