Job Description

The Frederick Elementary School is currently seeking a qualified educator for the position of K2 and Grade 1 ABA Teacher. Prospective candidates should exhibit a commitment to inclusive educational practices, possess experience with co-teaching and collaborative planning alongside paraprofessionals, related service providers, and other professional staff, and demonstrate expertise in the implementation of the BPS Focus, Fundations, and IM Math curricula, including the appropriate utilization of adaptive resources and texts. Furthermore, candidates with prior experience in the development and execution of comprehensive behavior support plans, the implementation of Emergent Literacy Practices, and proficiency in using various Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices are strongly encouraged to submit their application.
