What You'll Do

As a Teacher Assistant for our preschool program you will work under the supervision of the classroom teacher and assist in caring for the physical and emotional needs of students. You will supervise class when the teacher is involved in other activities and attend staffing and departmental in-service as assigned.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
+ Aid the transfer of children to and from buses each day assuring all students are where they need to be at all times
+ Perform checks of children as they arrive at school to assure physical health and document any issues
+ Work as a team member with the teacher and other teacher assistants designing developmentally appropriate activities for children to aid holistic development
