Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is hiring Teacher Aides to support students across our Special Education programs throughout the region. This is meaningful, hands-on work where your presence truly matters every single day.

Work Schedule & Benefits


+ 6 hours per day

+ 10-month position following the school calendar (evenings, holidays, and summers off!) with the option to work during summer school

+ Hourly Pay Rate of $16.00 – $18.35 (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Teacher Aide, you will:


+ Assist the classroom teacher by performing non-instructional duties to support students with disabilities individually, in small groups and/or test proctoring.
