• Provide administrative support to school departments and events
• Maintain and update records, filing, and inventories
• Prepare teaching resources for Art, English, and other departments
• Support daily school operations and events assigned by school leaders
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas

• Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes including English
• At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contracts (Jul 2026 to 30 Jun 2027)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch
break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays
