The Role

The tasks include building training and education infrastructure in the country and being responsible for the delivery of product training.

The Training and Education Specialist is responsible to ensure that needs in local training and education programs are fulfilled (quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, know‑how).

Tasks

Internal Training and Customer Education (CE) plan

Following Straumann curriculum, collaborate in the development and implementation of Internal training and CE program, in response to new product launch and sales cycles, working closely together with the sales and marketing organization.

This includes budget planning, activities plan, implementation, and evaluation on all internal training and CE activities.
