A. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Under Class 1 and/or 2 supervision for one year and Class 3 supervision thereafter, following specific instructions as to methods and working details, must be willing and able to perform simple and routine tasks involved in the repairing, adjusting, programing, and testing of electric meters in shop and field, and be qualified to do the following and related work as assigned: 1. Use and maintain a laptop computer and/or tablets for use in programming and maintenance of meters, completing daily work orders, time reporting, load validation forms, and other electronic forms as required. 2. Connect and use test board and understand use of testing instruments. 3. Read, connect, and disconnect meters. 4. Program and test new meters. 5. Clean, repair and test old meters. 6.
