The Major Incident Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of Major / Priority‑1 incidents with significant business impact. The role ensures rapid service restoration, effective cross‑team coordination, clear executive communication, and strong governance across the Major Incident lifecycle—from detection and escalation through resolution and post‑incident review.
