Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience in estate planning to join the Tax, Trusts, and Estates Practice Group in our brand-new Chicago office—an extraordinary ground-floor opportunity to become part of the founding team that will shape and rapidly scale up this location.

This is not just another associate role. You will be one of the very first trusts and estates associates in an office we officially opened in November 2025, with ambitious growth plans already under way. From day one, you’ll carry significant responsibility serving high-net worth individuals, traditional and nontraditional families, family offices, and family-owned businesses in all areas of estate and tax planning—all while helping build the culture and reputation of a major international firm’s newest platform in one of the country’s most dynamic legal markets.
