**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Duties include preparing and reviewing sales and use tax returns and other federal, state and local miscellaneous tax returns. Preparing and reviewing property tax returns and valuations. Preparing and remitting property tax payments. Preparing schedules which provide budgeting and forecasting data relative to future property tax payments. Providing tax guidance for contracts and purchases of materials and equipment.
