Tax Manager - Toronto, ON | Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and reporting across complex entity structures
• Oversee corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and related reporting requirements
• Support domestic and cross-border tax matters, including multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Review technical work, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Partner with internal stakeholders on tax planning, restructuring initiatives, and process improvements
• Assist with tax matters related to investment vehicles, private capital structures, and alternative investments

Qualifications

• CPA designation completed or in progress
• 4+ years of relevant tax experience
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax, tax accounting, and provisions
