Support to Senior Tax Manager in delivery of Tax Function to SGSIndirect Tax Compliance responsibility such IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, ISS, PRODEPE and the new CBS and IBS) and ancillary obligations (such as SEF I AND II, E-DOC, EFD-ICMS/IPI, EFD-CONTRIBUTIONS, GIA, GIA-ST, DCTF, DIRF) Review calculations and ensure accurate tax accounting and compliance with the applicable legislation and the special regimes (ie., Sao Paulo, Pernambuco and Mina Gerais)Lead the Tax Reform Project and coordinate with IT and consultants and the local team in BrazilMaintaining and communicating knowledge of past, present and potential future Brazilian indirect tax laws, regulations, rulings, procedures and court decisions that impact SGS businessLead the relationship with consultants regarding direct taxation, accounting and reporting to the group and the Transfer Pricing...
