Job Overview

The Tax Manager is responsible for leading all tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across the Group's Singapore, UK and Australia entities. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, optimises the Group's overall tax position, and supports management with strategic tax advice. The Tax Manager works closely with Finance, Treasury, and external advisors to oversee both direct and indirect tax matters, as well as SGX-related reporting requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage corporate income tax compliance for Singapore,UK and Australia entities, including preparation and review of tax returns, filings, and supporting schedules.
