Our client, a well-established Family Office, is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Tax Director to manage and prepare a variety of tax filings—including individual, trust, and partnership returns—while also overseeing vital accounting and administrative responsibilities.


Responsibilities of this position will include:

· Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including K-1s, 1099s, gift tax, and foundation filings.

· Manage quarterly tax estimates, reconciliations, and amended returns.

· Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams on tax data management
