Position Overview
- Take full ownership of all tax matters across the group (CIT, VAT, WHT, MDR, TPR, and local taxes)
- Ensure full compliance with Polish tax regulations and oversee timely and accurate tax filings
- Provide strategic tax advisory to management, including business initiatives and investments
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement appropriate processes and policies
- Review and validate tax-relevant data based on financial information prepared by the accounting function
- Oversee tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and tax-related positions in financial statements
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Accountant to ensure consistency between accounting and tax reporting
- Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
