As a Manager within the IPW & FO team under ITS/M&A, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and structuring services to private clients and family offices from Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. You will work on sophisticated cross‑border engagements, collaborating closely with Partners, Directors, and multidisciplinary teams across the Middle East and the wider PwC international network.

• Advising HNW/UHNW clients and family offices from Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS on international tax planning and wealth structuring, asset protection, succession planning, family office setup and governance solutions.
• Managing and reviewing deliverables across private client advisory and structuring engagements, including feasibility assessments, comparative structural analyses and implementation support.
