POSITION: SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER (TAX LAWYER)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tax Advisory and Compliance

• Provide legal advice on tax issues related to corporate, real estate, and operational transactions
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR regulations, and local government requirements
• Review contracts, transactions, and structures to identify tax risks and opportunities
• Assist in tax assessments, audits, and negotiations with regulatory authorities

Litigation and Dispute Management

• Handle and oversee tax and other legal disputes involving the company
• Prepare pleadings, legal opinions, position papers, and correspondence
• Represent the company in hearings, mediations, and discussions with government agencies
• Work with external counsel in managing complex or high-value cases
