About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee the Indirect Tax function, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations while driving tax efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all indirect tax-related matters, including preparation, review, and submission of Service Tax (SST), Stamp Duty, Withholding Tax, CRS, and FATCA, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Ensure timely and accurate computation and submission of indirect taxes to relevant authorities.

Oversee tax-related accounting and reporting activities in line with applicable standards, including monthly accruals, closing processes, quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) for tax processes.
